Your sales methodology,
forged into a playable card game.

DealForge builds custom decks from your team's real objections, your solution, and the way your sales cycle actually runs — gamified sales onboarding your reps will actually finish.

01 How It Works

Three steps from playbook to playable.

You bring the selling motion. We bring the forge.

Step 1

Share your battlefield

Send us the objections your reps actually hear, what you sell, and how your sales cycle runs. A two-hour working session with your enablement lead is usually all we need.

Step 2

We forge your deck

We turn your material into strategy cards, deal stages, and bosses — the recurring failure patterns that kill your deals — built around your solution inside the DealForge engine.

Step 3

Your team plays and drills

Reps run 15-minute quests solo or in live team sessions. Leaderboards and the manager view show who's ready for the real call — and who needs another round.

02 Three Ways In

03 What You Get

Real cards. Real bosses. Your deals.

These are actual in-game assets — a strategy card from the live deck, the same card carrying a white-label plate, and one of the bosses your deal stages get guarded by.

04 Questions

The honest FAQ.

A tuned core deck ships in about two weeks. A custom objections deck typically runs four to six weeks. A full methodology deck with custom stages and bosses is six to ten weeks, depending on how much source material you have ready.
Less than you'd think: a list of your most common objections (or call recordings/notes we can mine), your playbook or methodology doc if you have one, a picture of how your sales cycle runs, and roughly two hours with someone who knows how your team actually sells.
Custom decks make sense from about 10 reps up to several hundred. Under 10, the standard DealForge decks with team multiplayer are usually the better buy — we'll tell you honestly if that's you.
A full quest takes about 15 minutes. Reps play solo for reps-per-week drilling, or a trainer hosts a live multiplayer session — everyone joins with a code, plays the same scenario, and the leaderboard settles who read the room best. Managers see stage-by-stage performance.
No — it's the other way around. We map the game to how you already sell. Your stages, your qualification framework, your language. The game mechanics are ours; the selling motion is yours.
